How will I know tapping is working?

Right from the beginning, we'll get clear on the problem and you'll rate its intensity on a scale from 0 to 10. For example, "I might not get the promotion and I'm stressed at a 9/10."

During tapping therapy, we'll find the root of the issue and tap, until you can consistently say that your stress levels about the promotion are 0.

What needs to happen in your life for you to say things have improved

Get relief & track progress

We'll work on the issues that stress you and measure progress on a 0 - 10 scale

Step 1
20 min free intro call

During this call,

I'll ask you a few questions to understand the problem and you'll get your first taste of tapping. By the end, you will know if it's worth a chance.

Step 2
75 min initial consultation

In our first session, we will measure the intensity of your current problem from 0 to 10 and get clear about how success looks like for you. By the end, your stress will be noticeably lower.

EFT anxiety sessions

Step 3
Follow-up

Follow-up sessions are either 60-min or 90-min, depending on your energy levels. I'll tell you what's best for you at the end of the initial consultation. That's it!

And the best part?

You don't even need to believe in eft tapping for it to work... Although science does!
