From Goldman Sachs to Tapping Therapist
My Story
I grew up in a small Greek town and started dealing with anxiety and bulimia since 12. I liked numbers, finance, and the stock market. Fast forward 30 years, I ended up working in the City of London.

On the outside, life was shiny. On the inside, panic attacks at corporate bathrooms and long, isolated weekends staring at the ceiling. And when the doctor suggested anti-depressants, I knew I had to look elsewhere.

The grind

I spent 5 years trying everything. From talk therapy, CBT, Tony Robbins seminars and green juices to yoga, meditation, acupuncture, pranic healing, tai chi, tantra healing, conscious breath, sound healing. Sometimes they worked, sometimes they didn't. All I wanted was to be happy. I just couldn't figure out how.

The turning point

And one day I found out that according to neuroscience 15% - 20% of the population classify as HSP (highly sensitive people), aka people whose nervous system is more sensitive to physical, social and emotional stimuli than the rest. I wasn't crazy, I was different. Feeling more intensely and using food to regulate how I feel was neither a choice, nor a weakness. I had to find a way to be comfortable in a body with a sonar for a nervous system.
From "chasing happiness" to "chasing ease"

And that's when I decided to stop chasing happiness, this elusive feeling that seemed impossible to hold down. I went for calmness instead. I wanted to be able to feel good in my body at all times. And then eft tapping therapy came to my life. It reset my nervous system to a baseline of ease, and put an end to constant anxiety and obsessive thinking about food. I was a new person within 4 months. So here I am today. I left the corporate world behind and I'm now offering this innovative therapy to those who are willing to try a new approach and judge it by the results.
